I'm testing out Disqus here.

Basically, it looks like there are two big third-party commenting apps that allow discussion and being able to easily reply to others.

IntenseDebate and Disqus are the most prominent. I'm reading conflicting reviews, though, so I thought I try both out on a test basis.
